The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Alaska Chapter is gearing up for the biggest Women in Construction (WIC) Week Alaska has ever seen! Join us March 3-7, for events happening statewide! WIC Week celebrates, educates, and promotes the role of women in construction. Women make up ~14% of Alaska’s Construction Industry and we are here to offer a support network for women currently in construction, expose women to these high paying careers, and educate employers on overcoming the barriers to employment and promotion.
